Catering Makes Sense When
- Guest count is 30+
- You're also the host (don't cook AND run the event)
- Venue doesn't have a kitchen
- You want to actually enjoy the shower
Middle Ground Options
- Costco platters + homemade cake
- Restaurant catering (often cheaper than caterers)
- Potluck with you providing main dish
- Food truck for casual showers
