Assign a Photographer
Ask one guest to be the designated photographer. Give them a shot list. Don't make the host do it.
Shot List
- Decorations before guests arrive
- Guest of honor arriving
- Candid moments during mingling
- Games being played
- Each gift being opened (for thank-you cards)
- Group photo
- Cake cutting
- Guest of honor with host(s)
Photo Tips
- Natural lighting is best
- Face windows, don't have windows behind subjects
- Take lots of photos (you'll delete 80%)
- Get down to baby-bump level for flattering angles
