General Layout
- No assigned seating (let people mingle)
- Mix of seating types (couches, chairs, standing room)
- 80% of guests can sit at once
- Leave walking paths between areas
Station Setup
- Food/drinks: Accessible but not in the main gathering area
- Gift table: Near the guest of honor's seat
- Photo area: Good lighting, backdrop, slightly away from high-traffic
- Game station: Central where everyone can see
Borrow chairs: Don't buy folding chairs for one event. Borrow from friends, church, or community center.
